PATCH TEST

As with many beauty treatments, there are risks in having eyelash extensions applied or removed, having tint, henna or lifts. A reaction is rare but they can happen. A patch test must be performed at least 24 – 48 hours before your treatment. You must agree for 2-5 extensions to be applied to your natural lashes in the way the treatment is usually applied.

CANCELLATIONS

We require a 50% deposit for all treatments.

No call/no shows will be charged 100% of any treatments booked. 

You will be asked to pay a cancellation fee that amounts to 50% of the treatment cost if you cancel or resheldue within 24 hours of your appointment.  

Please make sure you book the correct treatment so the right amount of time is allocated otherwise you may need to come back another time.

If you arrive up to 20 minutes late for your appointment, then this will be deducted from your expected treatment time and your lash stylist will do their best in the time that you have afforded them. If this is not satisfactory, then a cancellation fee that amounts to 100% of the treatment will be sought.

All fees need to be settled before another appointment will be offered.

LASH EXTENSIONS FROM OTHER SALON

​We are happy to Touch Up your lashes ONLY if they are done properly. We have right to REMOVE your lash extensions and apply a NEW SET. If you do not want that you  are free to decline but would forfeit 100% for the initial booking

WE GUARANTEE

Each treatment is  guaranteed within the first 6 days of your appointment or we will fix it. Conditions: You must have followed aftercare instructions and you must contact us within 6 days of your last appointment. If you contact us after 6 days has passed, we cannot be held responsible for any issues and your next treatment will be charged at full price.

OUR CANCELLATION

​In the unusual event that we cannot fulfil your appointment at all and need to cancel your booking, we will inform you of this as soon as possible and make every effort to reschedule at a convenient time.
